Education
We require all of our technicians to be factory trained, licensed by the state and EPA certified to handle the materials for our industry.  We have continuing education programs and strive to minimally provide each technicians with factory training for all the products we offer. Our suppliers and distributors are the best in the business, and continually offer this training which we take full advantage of.
The bottom line is in this industry it is more about who installs you product than what product you select. We feel we are the best in the business, only because we work with the best.

Our sales professionals are all factory trained and were installation and service professionals. This leads to a vast knowledge of the industry and its working components. Installation Department
Our professional crews provide top notch installations, from the moment we enter your home and cover your important flooring and furniture, to the moment we leave and make sure we left your home cleaner than when we got there. Training is key to us, we believe educated installers lead to satisfied customers, Therefore even our installers take factory training courses to assure they know what they are installing.

Service Department
Here at Controlled Temperatures we believe you want to here a live person when you call. From 6:30 in the morning until 5:00 at night, we answer our phones. Our service dispatcher is there for you to answer any questions and provide you with the communication you deserve. We book service calls the same day if available and will provide emergency service after hours upon request. Our 24 hour emergency line is available to you should you need that late night or weekend response. Call our after our line and leave your information on our service. Our on call technicians will respond, answer your questions, and come out if needed to attempt to get you up and running. We stock many of the common components in all of our trucks to be sure we can get most common issues fixed that trip out.
As with our installation crew our service technicians are top notch. Fully licensed and EPA certified to handle the hazardous materials of our industry. We require a minimum of 40 hours of factory training either by online recourses, or by factory provided classes for each and every one of our technicians. Our technicians are constantly working to become NATE certified, as this is the new standard of excellence in our industry.

Hybrid systems are a combination of  Fuel and Electric. The technology has been implemented in automobiles and we have been leaders in bringing it to the HVAC industry. We have many of these systems up and running today and can offer several alternatives to install them. We are not new to this are in any regards, Trane has always been on the leading edge of high SEER multi stage equipment, and we have been installing them since their inception. Geothermal is the green solution. We have taken the necessary steps to be on the leading edge of this growing industry.
